WS& Notebooks

re-souL is proud to present Write Sketch &, a fun collection of notebooks designed by the art directors of Officemilano, Matteo Carrubba and Angela Tomasi.  Having a passion for art direction, fashion and design they gave life to Write Sketch & in 2014 and created the Super Collection. It is made up of 5 colored fun and ironic notebooks, full of patterns and hectic expressive geometries. Each side of the cover reproduces a distinctive illustration which is complemented by its opposite side. This way they can be used for multiple purposes.

Their love of printed graphics and obsession for quality is what drove them to make sure the whole production is “Made in Italy”. The notebooks are printed on Fedrigoni paper with Pantone inks. The thread stitched binding provides excellent reinforcement yet flexible enough for each page to open up 180◦ without tearing from the binding. Making it ideal for writing or sketching. We have them available at re-souL in 6×8 inch size or a double set of 4×6 pocket editions. We think the graphics are inspiring and they makes us all really happy to just look at them! We hope you’ll like them too.

Mondays, Maggie Muses: Present & Correct’s Stationary Compositions

Do you love stationary? I do. It’s starting to become a real problem. I have more journals, notebooks, planners, writing instruments , markers, well lets just say I probably will never run out of the stuff. I am very fond of Present & Correct. A beautifully designed and curated on-line and brick and mortar shop based in London. I visit their site and dream of going to their shop one day. The owners are both graphic designers and go on sourcing trips to find their treasures. How fun is that?!

A few months ago they started an ” extra curricular project” – Stationary Compositions. Clever, graphic and colorful they make the most mundane things look like mini works of art. Here are some of my favorites.
