It’s been awhile since I have done a Maggie Muses post. But I thought I’d share a few of our small maker’s goods in the shop right now. Besides shoes, we carry a variety of little cheery accessories and gifts in the shop.
Spring is here and it has me craving springtime color! Here are a few of my re-souL favorites that make me happy.
Bonne Maison (meaning good home) socks are a new favorite in the shop. The patterns, designs, and colors are spot on. The cotton knit is so soft to the touch. This could become a new addiction. Made in France and Portugal.
Esska shoes are a perineal favorite at re-souL. Nobody does color combinations as well in the footwear world as designer Souraya Karami. We love the pops of yellow in these sandals and sneakers. Now, which pair is my favorite? All of them.
When you need to do it the old school way, nothing beats the patterns and design of these WriteSketch& notebooks. Made in Italy, the colors are bright and cheerful and the quality of the paper is top notch. I have no excuse not sketch or even jot down notes on a daily basis.
We have carried Ronni’s jewelry in our shop for years. I love the way she keeps reinventing her collection season after season. Perhaps it’s the vintage beads she finds in her travels that keep it fresh? Her design aesthetic is perfection. Sigh.
Moth&Crow is designed and crafted in Vashon, Washington. Dawn Smithson has an extensive background in fashion design and teaches at Seattle Central College. I love the bright primary colors of each piece, making it hard to decide which is my favorite. Each piece is handmade by Dawn. Even better.
So what do you think? Are you ready for some color too? Come see all these fun goodies in the shop. We’d love to help you pick the perfect one for you.
Have a great week! ~ Maggie
