Hi, I’m Maggie. My husband (Legh) and I own re-souL. I like to “muse” about things that inspire me. Especially on Mondays.
I was perusing through trendland.com yesterday when I came across these intricate, gorgeous paper sculptures by industrial designer Irving Harper. I just had to share. He first started making them while working on the Chrysler Pavilion for the 1964 New York World’s Fair as a way to relieve some stress. His house is full of them! What a lovely way to surround yourself with art you created. Wouldn’t you love to have one of these? I certainly would!
Irving Harper is part of the Herman Miller “Why Design” series.
