Do you have a summer garden?  Well, we do and though we are still waiting to see what happens with our tomatoes, this year we are having a bumper crop of zucchini.  Which is allowing our family to get really creative and inspired  in the kitchen with this courgette.  We have had it in pasta, tacos, stir fry, frittatas, you name it and we have probably tried it.  Do you have any favorites?  I would love to try some, we have a LOT of zucchini.  We are running out of ideas.  Here are a few of our favorites.
